I am currently reading the Image version of the Batman/Spawn team-up which inspired me to ask this question. The story by Frank Miller was atrocious but the artwork by Todd McFarlane was beautiful and great layouts and centerfolds of Batman and Spawn together. That is my example. What are yours? Name your comic books which you found the storyline to be awful but you thought the comic book art was superb?

You’d probably enjoy ‘All Star Batman and Robin the Boy Wonder’ as well. Again, written by Frank Miller but the illustrations done by Jim Lee and Scott Williams are breathtaking.

I found a bunch of my dad’s old comic books and I was wondering how I would make the most profit from them. If you stack them up, they are about as tall as your ankle is off the ground. Would it be more profitable to sell them all individually or all together? Should I sell them online or at a comic store? Where?

Ebay or craigslist

I have a number of comic books from years ago and I’m wondering where I might be able to find their value?? I have a few first issues of comics, and I have no idea what to do or where to look.

http://comicspriceguide.com

I go here to check mine
you can create a free account and enter up to 50 comics and it will track there values for you or sign up for a pay account and put your entire collection on there
oh but you dont have to be a member to check the values, only if you want to track comics or contribute information
