i DON’T SEE THE …
i DON’T SEE THE POINT OF THIS WHOLE BLACKNEST NIGHT story. To begin with, I find geoff john’s multi colored emotion based rings to be unconvincing as good science fiction. Just not my thing really. However, his run on Action Comics and JSA was TRULY TRULY GREAT WORK. His brainiac arc for action comics to me is his best written work. i’ve never found any of his GL stuff to be any good. Peter Tomasi’s GLC is better.

Hey for your info, before the GLs stepped in to deliver the final blow, it took the combined might OF ALL THE SUPERMEN FROM THE ENTIRE MULTIVERSE TO WEAKEN the Dark monitor re-animated by Mandraak’s blood. IT WASN’T EVEN MANDRAAK HIMSELF. This was a lesser monitor than Mandraak. Face it man, guardians are as powerful as tacos to Maandraak. Hold the onions.
