Yeah, that’s why … Yeah, that’s why the lol… I don’t really expect them to drop everything they are doing and film some kind of emergency comment or something. It was just a joke, hence the lol = laugh out loud
I cant belive … I cant belive Disney bought Marvel.. that could be great news, cause they might actually start a good change and stop all the excess of books coming out….
OR they could make a bunch of keddie books and kill the market!!!
I never read comics … I never read comics until I was 14, and started living in USA. I only sparsely read comics from time to time, but when I do, it’s a binge! Recently I read Locke and Key Vol.1; Blankets; and Aya.
I will be back soon … I will be back soon, nothing is wrong. we are 3 different people with 3 different kinds of jobs. Sometimes it is hard for us all to get together. Thanks for concern
Powers? Really? … Powers? Really? Missed that one. That is fantastic. Where see? Can’t wait for WD, but if Powers is there also … uh-oh, perhaps a new favorite channel
When I first saw … When I first saw the Spike Lee ‘LEVI’S’ commercial that featured Rob Liefeld, I knew it was time for me to stop buying comics. If this guy was getting that kind of recognition, I knew my enjoyment of comics was at an end. “So Rob, have you had any formal art training?” - “No, just a lot of amigination” - Yep, time to drop them titles. Came back when Bendis arrived at Marvel. Been loving them again ever since.
I stopped reading … I stopped reading comics my sophomore year in high school and focused on sports and work. Then when I got into college, I thought I was done with comics all together, but then X-men had to come out and Ultimate Spider-man and X-men kicked off with a bang. Dang you comics, I love them, but they always pull me back in with big stories when I am about to drop out all together (class of 1999).
cannot believe the … cannot believe the network that brought us ‘mad men’ is producing ‘powers’ and ‘the walking dead’…recipe for quite possibly the best comic book adaptations ever (at least on tv)
Wolverine can get … Wolverine can get drunk! I distinctly remember an old issue where he was using the ‘Patch’ alias, and he was falling over, completely wasted.
I think it’s just that his liver doesn’t ever suffer, long-term.
I agree that these … I agree that these three guys are similar to the Power Puff Girls, also, Warren Ellis could drink Tony Stark under the table, easily.
i’ve given up … i’ve given up comics because i thought i was too old (around junior high/high school) for about a year, but my love for them brought me back around sophomore year and i now believe you can’t be too old for comics and i don’t care what anyone thinks
I quit a bunch of … I quit a bunch of times, or dropped a bunch of comics to where I was picking up one a month. The time that stands out most in my mind was Superman: The Doomsday Wars. Those were going to be my last comics ever. But I couldn’t stay away.
I also lost … I also lost interest in comics once I started highschool since my attention shifted more towards girls and sports. But while in college I was really excited about Batman Begins and Superman Returns(which just started filming) and decided that I missed reading comics and got back in

I’m gonna post a question here instead of Twitter, because I refuse to leap on that bandwagon, but anyways:
What are your thoughts on Marvel acquiring the Miracleman rights?
