I have a couple of boxes of comic books that I needed to store in the garage, and I was wondering if it was okay to store them there, without worrying about damaging them?
Also, I have some that aren't in protective casing, and I was wondering if that would be an issue as well? No pun intended, hehe.
Anyways, thanks in advance! (:
Hello ,
It would be best to insure their condition by protection from extremes in both heat and cold as well as the air which will discolor the paper .
They should be fine for a temporary time in the garage .

Experience as a former collector .
you may have to worry about excesive heat if it gets too hot in the summer or if there are any leaks in the roof. the biggest problem with any comic with no plastic is them getting wet of course
