JLA does suck. The … JLA does suck. The end of the Injustice League arc was so bad when it could have rocked on all levels. But I think McDuffie handled it well with Hal and Ollie saying the team doesn’t do anything. Now that the team is disbanded, with good reason, the JLA could be on the path to getting back on track. Especially with Final Crisis done. Supes/Bats is unique in that it doesn’t follow heavy DC continuity. JLA should follow that model and just tell good superhero stories.

Alex, you didn’t … Alex, you didn’t mention the hidden easter Egg in ASM 589…when i saw THE GHOSTBUSTERS show up out of nowhere, i was hilariously surprised! And yes, i enjoyed the issue too especially since this issue has peaked my interest in future “Spot” appearances.
As returning comics … As returning comics fan who was driven away by the greed fueled in the 90s, i’ve been surprised to find the marvelU avenger-centric now, where i believe at its best, it had been X-centric. As an X-fan am i just biased by my insularity? or am i typical of a split in marvel fans? for instance, despite being a big wolvie fan and it being a great book, i rejected new avengers just cause i want him off the team.
Prediction:
This will be the Summer of Justin Tyler.
