My sister, who is 11, likes Spider-Man comic books, as well as Spider-Girl, The Runaways, and Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys comic books. Mostly stuff like adventure and superhero stuff. And mysteries.

well…today..i think manga or manhwa…..it depends of the chcharacteristicsand interest of the child…but i recommend you manga or manhwa comics……they all have topics like romantic stuff..adventure..can be slice of life…moral..it depends…and also movies where somtimes based on the manga (well sort of they get the idea in manga or manhwa..on example is the lake house…somehow kinda simlar i forgot the name of the book)..

Go for the top idols of superheros. Spider man, Teen titans, Superman and things like that. Manga is also good!

good questions, i think you could easily make a questionnaire good categories for people to choose and get a useful survey out of it.

you might get a result about what the majority of your sample like, but that still only a likelihood or probablility of what that demographic likes.

myself, when i was 11 (a very long time ago) i used to like the comic 2001 ad and my fav character was judge dredd.
