   Greg Land is an absolutely lazy artist. He has no sense of storytelling.

   Luke Ross on the other hand is fantastic on Captain America. The title is great.

   My money is that Reborn has something to do with the Ultimate Universe.

   I know folks be frowning on Land, but is it really mis-directed anger towards Matt Fraction(sp?). Kinda like Marvel zombies don’t want him to be the problem.

    I like his Iron Man work a lot, but I haven’t read any of his X-Men stuff. Though, his Punisher: War Journal has to be the worst run on anything I’ve ever read in my life.

    Thats totally unfair! Have you actually read Invincible Iron Man? ‘The Five Nightmares’ (1-6) is action packed, crackling dialogue + brilliantly crafted and CASANOVA is mind-bending-ly enjoyable! It’s James Bond directed by Jean Luc Godard! but Uncanny Xmen besides having a few good jokes + character interactions (which are the icing on the cake not the cake itself) the story (the cake) is unremarkable just like Whedon’s Astonishing Xmen run was.

    oh yea New Xmen was just strait up comic book goodness……makes me sad to see it devolve into this whole extinction thing that is not panning out well, and will be retcon’d before we know it..

    so far only the Cable spin off is the only thing saving it.

    Matt Fraction is …
    Matt Fraction is one of the worst writers in comics. Invincible Iron Man sucks and Uncanny X-men sucks even more . The super young team is the only star of all the miniseries who deserves to have a miniseries.

    99.9% of the time Justin is spot on but Fraction’s current X-Men run having the potential to be on par with CLAREMONT?!? Thats crazy talk. Fraction is my fave writer but his xmen stuff is focusing on too many lukewarm plot threads. I think the ONLY writer since Claremont to really knock it outta the park was Grant Morrison’s exciting, perverse and comical run on NEW XMEN (before he lost his steam).
